     Please find herewith tender notice No.Cont-NMR/ Ramnagar-Sangaiprou /2008/Part-1 dated 06.8.2009 for arranging its publication in Nagaland Post, Nagaland, The Telegraph(NE), Imphal Free Press, Imphal, and Purvanchal Prahari (hindi).

     The notice may please be published on or before 07.8.2009 as a classified advertisement mentioning the key number in single space body type printing using small font alphabets and using minimum space.

     Pre-receipted bills in triplicate along with two copies of the newspaper containing the advertisement may please be sent to this office for confirmation and arranging payment. It is requested to prefer bill as per DAVP approved rate/special rate extended to FCI, being your regular customer.

TENDER NOTICE

     For and on behalf of Food Corporation of India, the General Manager (N&M Region) invites sealed offer of Rates in two bids system (Technical Bid & Price Bid) from experienced Transport Contractor (TC) / Handling & Transport Contractor (HTC) of FCI, Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings or Public Limited Companies, dealing in food grains, fertilizers, cement or similar products for appointment of Transport Contractors (TC) on Regular basis for 2 (Two) years for the following work:

1. TRANSPORTATION OF STOCKS FROM FSD RAMNAGAR TO FSD SANGAIPROU; AND
2. TRANSPORTATION OF STOCKS FROM FSD RAMNAGAR TO FSD JIRIBAM.
