NOTICE INVITING TENDER NO-I OF 09-1010
Sealed percentage
rate tenders are invited on behalf of the Food Corporation of India for the
following work from the appropriate class of approved electrical contractors
of CPWD, State PWD,MES,Railway, P&T Public Sector Undertaking of the central
and State Govt. The intending tenderers are also required who have
satisfactory completed similar nature of work during the last five years at
least 3(three) works of value of 1.00 lakh (Rupees one lakh) each in any
organization listed in this NIT for registration.

Tender documents
(non-transferable) may be obtained from the office of the Asstt.General
Manager (EE),Food Corporation of India, Regional Office, Shillong up to 2,00
PM on working days on payment of a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees five hundred) only
in cash on production of full particulars of works executed by them duly
supported by sufficient documentary evidence Pan Card and Registration
certificate and their supervisions certificate etc. all in original
alongwith two copies of application as per following time schedule.
1).Receipt of application for issue of tender from upto 1PM
on 01.08.2009.
2).Tender paper will be issued according to the competency of
their supervisory certificate upto 03.08.2009.
Earnest money in the form of Demand Draft or Bankers
cheque of any scheduled Banks in favour of the Food Corporation of India,
Regional Office (NEF), Shillong, payable at Shillong must accompany each
tender. Tenders not accompanied by Earnest money in the prescribed form
shall be summarily rejected. Completed tenders will be received at Office of
Asstt. General Manager(EE),Food Corporation of India, Regional
Office(NEF),Shillong upto 2=00 PM on 05.08.09 and will be opened on the same
day at 2.30 PM in the presence of tenderers or their Authorized
representatives.
The FCI reserves the right to accept or reject all tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
